Compact Seminars (Online | planned from 2027)

My Compact Seminars are online trainings in a compact format: one topic, clear focus, high practical relevance. You will not only receive methodological knowledge, but above all orientation on how and when a tool is useful - and how it is anchored in standards, routines, key figures, and problem-solving to create measurable impact.

The structure follows the idea of the 5M Lean House: Compact Seminars do not teach "a tool for its own sake", but rather embed it in a system that makes improvement capability lasting. This means: mindset and motivation create the foundation, management and leadership provide direction and stability, methodological competence ensures effective implementation - and the content is designed to be transferable to your organization and to become established in routines, rather than being a one-time action.

The public launch of the Compact Seminars is planned from 2027. Dates and registration options will be published gradually.

Format & Duration

The Compact Seminars are designed to be easily combined with your professional daily life - optionally:

- 1 day (Saturday): 08:30 - 15:30
- 2 evenings: each 16:45 - 20:00

In-house / Individual Online Training (available from now on)

For companies, I offer these contents as individual online trainings for closed groups - e.g. for teams from production, maintenance, quality, logistics, or administration. The content, examples, and transfer tasks can be tailored to your specific situation, goals, and processes. Here, too, the 5M logic applies: not just "learning", but applying, standardizing, leading, and sustainably stabilizing.

Topic Overview (more to follow)

- 5S: Order & Standards as the basis for stability, quality, and safety
- SMED: Reduce setup times, increase flexibility, eliminate bottlenecks
- TPM: Systematically improve plant availability: roles, routines, standards
- OEE: Make losses transparent and improve them specifically: performance, quality, availability
- Shopfloor Management (KPIs & Visualization): Daily Management, control, escalation, and consequence in rhythm
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM) - Understand value streams, derive potentials, develop roadmaps
- One-Piece-Flow & Kanban - Create flow, establish pull, reduce inventory and waiting times
- Lean Administration - Reduce waste in office processes, improve throughput times and interfaces
