Why I am the right trainer

The consistent practical transfer is at the center: contents are structured in such a way that they can be immediately transferred to the operational context and effectively implemented. Methodically, the approach is based on industrial process logic rather than purely conceptual representation, with a focus on effectiveness, controllability, and sustainable implementation. Additionally, well-founded experiences in leadership and change processes flow in to systematically support the anchoring of concepts in routines, standards, and organizational structures, rather than just discussing concepts.

The training approach is consistently practice-oriented and designed for applicability in everyday operations. Methods and content are not primarily conveyed theoretically, but trained in concrete application scenarios to increase transferability and action security. At the center is leadership as a decisive lever for continuous improvement; sustainable KVP (Continuous Improvement Process) arises through established routines, standards, and consistent control rather than isolated tool use. At the same time, the connectivity between the shop floor and management is systematically established by using a common terminology, clear expectation structures, and results-oriented metrics. The result: trainings that are understandable, practice-oriented, and implementation-oriented - and enable participants to drive improvements independently.

If a standard seminar does not fit exactly, we develop an individual online training - tailored to your processes, goals, key figures, and target groups (specialists, executives, project teams).

Typical occasions:

Typical fields of application include the structured start or re-start of KVP/Lean initiatives, including goal clarification, approach model, and stabilization in everyday operations. Another focus is on the qualification of executives for effective KVP management through routines, standards, and key figure-based management. In addition, method-intensive training with direct project reference is used to increase application security, problem-solving competence, and implementation speed in specific improvement projects. Furthermore, the training concept supports the development of internal multipliers to systematically scale know-how, secure transfer capability, and anchor improvement work sustainably in the organization.

My work follows the guiding principle of Operational Excellence: processes and value streams are made transparent, stabilized, and consistently aligned with impact. To this end, Lean Management and Six Sigma are combined with digital transformation - supplemented by leadership and change management, so that improvements are not only planned but also carried out and sustainably anchored in everyday life. Operational Excellence (OpEx) forms the overarching framework - and at the same time my central competence also in the role as Director of Operations.

So runs the collaboration

​The process is designed as a clearly structured process. It begins with a brief conversation to clarify the objective, target group, framework conditions and current maturity level. Based on this, the selection of the suitable format (online seminar, individual online training or - in case of specific requirements - presence) takes place.

For individual formats, a concept follows, in which contents, case examples, transfer tasks and schedule are defined. The implementation is interactive and practice-oriented, supported by templates and a consistent methodological structure. Finally, the transfer is secured by concrete next steps; optionally, a follow-up in the form of coaching for sustainable anchoring can be added.

Presence trainings: possible, but the exception

I only offer presence trainings as an individual format at the customer's request - for example, when exercises are directly useful for the process or a teamwork workshop on site has the greatest effect. My clear focus is on online trainings, because they are more quickly and easily implementable for most organizations.
