In Coaching, the effective establishment or reorientation of KVP systems as well as leadership in the Shopfloor and KPI environment are focused, particularly through standardized routines, clear responsibilities and transparent control logics. Additionally, the problem- and data-oriented application of Lean and Six-Sigma methods is addressed to enable sustainable improvements instead of methodical activism. Furthermore, the Coaching includes the design of change processes (acceptance, stabilization, anchoring), role and career development in the Operations environment as well as professional handling of prioritization, Stakeholder Management and communication. Another focus is the digital transformation of Shopfloor processes, including key figure systems, visualization and the integration of digital elements into KVP and Shopfloor Management routines.

The process begins with an online getting-to-know call to clarify the target image, expectations and framework conditions.Based on this, structured online coaching sessions of 45 to 90 minutes follow, focused on the respective key topics and the specific application context.A consistent implementation focus ensures that clear next steps are defined, implementation is reflected and, if necessary, targeted adjustments are made.
