The 5M Lean House is my structural model for continuous improvement - as a clear guide to systematically building, implementing and permanently anchoring KVP.
My work follows the guiding principle of Operational Excellence: processes and value streams are made transparent, stabilized, and consistently aligned with impact. To this end, Lean Management and Six Sigma are combined with digital transformation - supplemented by leadership and change management, so that improvements are not only planned but also carried out and sustainably anchored in everyday life. Operational Excellence (OpEx) forms the overarching framework - and at the same time my central competence also in the role as Director of Operations.

Six Sigma systematically reduces scatter and errors by identifying and sustainably eliminating causes based on data. This increases process capability and quality - with decreasing rework, scrap, and complaint costs.
Digital Transformation connects processes, data, and systems to form a consistent, controllable value stream. This creates transparency in real-time, better decisions, and stable processes - from shop floor to management.
Leadership creates orientation, responsibility, and decision-making security - with a clear focus on empowerment in everyday life. This enables teams to solve problems independently, maintain standards, and sustainably implement improvements.
Change Management structures change in such a way that acceptance is created and implementation consistently succeeds. Through clear communication, participation, and stabilization in everyday life, new ways of working are sustainably anchored.
