Storage Duration

4. Hosting (Hostinger)

This website is hosted by Hostinger. The provider/contractual party within the framework of the order processing is, according to Hostinger-DPA, among others, Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (or possibly an affiliated company).

When you visit the website, Hostinger processes technical access data (server log files) on our behalf. More information can be found in Hostinger's privacy policy.

Order Processing (DPA/AVV): Hostinger provides a data processing addendum for this purpose.

If you contact us via a contact or seminar registration form, we process your details to handle the inquiry and organize/seminar participation.

Form technology: The form is provided in WordPress via a form tool as part of the "Nexus Systems Kleer (Kleer)" add-on. (Depending on the configuration, form data is stored in the WordPress installation and/or transmitted to us by email.)

Processed Data (Typical):
- Name, possibly company/function
- Contact details (email, possibly phone)
- Seminar/date, possibly invoicing data/address
- Free text/message (if available)

Purposes: Processing your inquiry/registration, confirmation, organization, possibly invoicing.

If you contact us by email or receive emails from us in the context of a seminar registration (e.g. confirmation, organizational information), we process your email address and communication content for handling and documentation.
